Maryland Gardens is a 100 bed skilled nursing facility (nursing home) and assisted living facility. Our specialties include behavioral care, dementia care, rehabilitation therapies, long-term nursing care, wound care, diabetic care and hospice care. We offer these services and others, in a warm, friendly park-like environment with orange groves and large grass areas.

Maryland Gardens is conveniently located on the southwest corner of Maryland Ave. and Central, one half mile south of Glendale, in prestigious North Central Phoenix.
