It is a licensed directed care assisted living unity with a program specifically designed to provide a safe and supportive living setting for residents with dementia and who exhibit challenging behaviors secondary to their dementia.
Skilled Nursing
Skilled Nursing Care is a unique residential environment where 24 hour nursing care and supervision is provided for those with various complex rehabilitation needs, behavioral/dementia care and other long-term nursing services.
Assisted Living
Maryland Gardens is a licensed Directed Care Assisted Living Unit, with a program specifically designed to provide a safe and supportive living setting for persons with dementia who exhibit challenging behaviors. Our specialized program will have a focus on these individuals. A multidisciplinary approach, high staff-to-resident ratio, extensively trained staff, supportive environment, targeted activity programming are just part of the aspects of the program.
